Although our goal at Heritage Music/Strummin.com is to make our pictures and descriptions as complete and accurate as possible, we understand that there will be times when your purchase isn't exactly what you envisioned. We want you to be completely comfortable with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy.

If - for any reason - you have problems with a product you bought from us we will refund the full purchase price of the product with no restocking fees, handling fees, or other hassles.This policy protects all products costing over $30.00, up to 30 days, from your purchase date.

To return a product, please contact us and request a return authorization and then ship the item back in the original packing material with all manuals and/or accessories. We recommend you ship through a carrier that provides tracking service and delivery confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in shipment.

If you have to make a return due to any mistake of ours we will gladly pay for your freight and offer a sincere apology.
